Return Policy

Muse Market Co. will refund the remaining balance* of your return to you original method of payment. Once a refund is requested, a shipping label will be sent to your email. The refund will be processed once item(s) are received and inspected. Payment will be refunded within approx. 5-7 business days (the length of time is dependent on your bank/method of payment.)

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in original condition** to receive an exchange or refund. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE ON ALL BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS, AND ACCESSORIES.

Please note, returns may take 1-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and apply shipping label. We are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. 

*Remaining balance: Shipping cost will be deducted from refund total.

**Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
